Fairlawn Retirement Community is a continuing care community offering lifestyles of independence, supported living, memory care and skilled care.

Independent Living offers a village-like setting with quiet, tree lined streets.  Choose from leased condos, cottages or apartments.  Fairlawn also offers 49 income based rental apartments for those age 62 and older and/or disabled.

Supported Living is called West Haven and the 24 apartments include meals, laundry and housekeeping in the monthly fee.  Enjoy a variety of programs and use of the community living and dining areas.

Memory Care offers private and semi-private rooms for 13 residents in a familylike home setting for those with mild to moderate dementia.

Skilled Care is provided in our 100 bed nursing home.  Medicare, Medicaid, private pay and long term care insurance are accepted.  Skilled Care offers care for those needing short term rehab, IV Therapy, or an extended stay for assistance with daily living.
