For over 60 years, Fairlawn Retirement Community has been a trusted pillar of compassionate, faith-based care for older adults. Here, every resident is valued, known, and embraced like family. We’ve built a legacy grounded in purpose, dignity, and joy—a legacy that continues to shape lives each day.

Over the decades, Fairlawn has touched the lives of more than 7,000 individuals in our Care Center, served over 1,500 patients through Rupp Rehab, supported more than 1,200 independent living residents, and lovingly cared for 130+ individuals in our Memory Care household.

Now, as we look ahead to the next century of service, we are launching a capital campaign to strengthen and sustain that mission for generations to come. We remain locally owned, mission-driven, and rooted in faith. But we cannot do this alone. It will take all of us—residents, families, friends, and community partners—to shape the future of Fairlawn.
