Learn More About Us
Fairlawn opened in 1964 through the vision and generous support of 11 area Mennonite churches. Under the guidance of a board of trustees, Fairlawn continues to thrive and serve our region.
Our beautiful and accessible campus offers a full continuum of care options. With 153 independent living duplexes and apartments, a health & wellness center, 24 assisted living rooms, and a 99-bed health care facility that includes memory care, short-term rehab services, and long-term care, you are sure to find the right option to fit your needs both today and in the future.
Fairlawn is accredited by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and licensed through the Ohio Department of Health. As a privately owned and operated not-for-profit, faith-based organization, you can be assured of our commitment to high-quality care and services.

Supporting Churches
Fairlawn is operated through a partnership with ten area churches. Each church has a representative who acts as the liaison between the congregation, the board of trustees, and the Fairlawn management team.
